guest.site is operated by Chat2 Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to align with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

- Account information — email, name, hashed password, role and tenant membership.
- Tenant content — listings, categories, images, and operational settings you provide.
- Usage data — page views, device and browser metadata, IP address, and session identifiers, collected via Open Web Analytics (self-hosted).
- Communications — emails and SMS you send via the platform (subject lines, recipient counts, delivery status).
2. How we use it
- To deliver the platform, including authentication, content management, and notifications.
- To produce aggregate analytics and reports for tenant operators.
- To investigate abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to: our hosting and infrastructure providers, Cellcast (SMS), our SMTP provider (email), and law enforcement where legally required.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored in Australia or the European Union. We use TLS in transit, bcrypt for password storage, role-based access control, and audit logging.
5. Your rights
Under the APPs you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email privacy@guest.site.
6. Children
guest.site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
