Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of the guest.site platform operated by Chat2 Pty Ltd. By creating an account or accessing the service, you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. Tenant owners are responsible for the conduct of their tenant members.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform to publish unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or other security controls.
- Scrape data outside the documented APIs or interfere with other tenants.
- Send unsolicited bulk communications via the notification channels.
3. Content ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display it for the purpose of operating the service. We may produce aggregate, de-identified analytics.
4. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance and may change features with reasonable notice.
5. Fees and termination
Paid plans (if applicable) are billed in advance. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Governing law
Queensland, Australia. Courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
8. Changes
We will post material changes on this page and notify platform admins.
